How to load BP?

How to load the power supply (12-36V)? more than 50 amps. Ideally, the stock is needed up to hundreds of amperes. There is a measuring ampervoltmeter, which holds up to 150A. You just need to hang something on it with the ability to smoothly adjust the load. What could it be? Preferably inexpensive and with a link where to buy.

If you definitely need smooth adjustment, then there is an old method, invented back in the 19th century, and simple in home-made implementation: electrolytic load(at the beginning of the 20th century, it was widely used to smoothly adjust the light in cinema halls). We take an airtight box of insulating material (a large aquarium will do), pour electrolyte into it (for starters, you can try a NaCl solution, but if you don’t like it, try acid or alkaline) and lower two or more large-area electrodes (best of stainless steel, and highly desirable between them insulating spacers, so as not to short-circuit). The regulation is made by lowering and raising the electrode package out of/into the liquid. Tactically, the operating time of such a load is limited by the boiling of the electrolyte (it will have to be added, and cold), and in the long term - by the dissolution of the electrodes (that's why stainless steel is desirable). Above all this economy it is useful to install an exhaust fan.

we take 70 meters of APV 2.5 aluminum wire (section 2.5 mm2), at a price of about 3 rubles. per meter, i.e. only about 200 rubles.
we calculate the resistance: https://ru.wikipedia.org/wiki/Specific_electric...
we get ~ 0.7 Ohm
we calculate according to Ohm's law, we get a current of about 50A at 36 volts we
bite off several meters from the wire, up to a length of 35 meters - we get an increase current up to 100A.
With such a length, the heating of the wire will be moderate, the insulation must withstand.
