How to connect a standard power supply to asus q87t (19V in)?

Hello, I have such an asus q87t board and a Corsair HX1200i power supply.
But on the motherboard there is an input only under 19V. Maybe there is some kind of adapter ready to connect a regular computer PSU, without any rations and soldering irons.
