Why does the computer turn off during the game?

In general, I ran into such a problem. When I start playing different games, it doesn't matter if they are new or old, I can hear the cooler spinning loudly and the computer turning off. I can not understand the cooler on the video card or on the power supply make such a sound. I bought a video card in September of this year. Radeon R9 280X. It has three coolers. The power supply is already 6 years old, as well as the RAM and the motherboard. Overheating is excluded, because I tested the system with Aida, and my processor temperature is above 54 degrees and the video card did not rise above 57 degrees. True, when I tested the program with a "donut", the computer turned off. I sin at the moment on the power supply, on the hardware failure of the video card and on the old RAM. Please tell me what to do? And one more thing I forgot to say.

It's most likely that the processor is overheating.
AIDA shows the temperature at the current moment, but during the game it just increases and turns off.
But to be sure, it's better to run the tests with the loggero...

all the logs into the archive. But it is unlikely that there will be something there, because when I entered the game and tried to start the level, the computer turned off. It is unlikely that logs are written when the computer is turned off. I’ll clarify one more thing, I lower the frequencies of the GPU Clock and Memory Clock in the Gigabyte OC Guru program, then the cooler works or the cooler is not loud and everything plays fine.
