Computer sound not working?

In the morning everything was fine, but in the evening the sound stopped working. And I updated, uninstalled and installed the drivers, Windows audio works, everything is fine in the sound parameters, the sound seems to be there, but it is not there. There is no sound card in BIOS, I didn’t find it, since it’s a new Bios 5, I don’t know what the problem is, I’m afraid and don’t want to restore windows 10. Help, everything is the same on the Internet

I already answered exactly the same question, but since you are too lazy to google, you will have to copy that answer here
: manufacturer. Touch it with your finger - if it's so hot that your finger can't stand it, then turn off the built-in sound in the BIOS and connect an external USB sound system.
A fairly common malfunction, in my practice it happened more than once or twice.

I will add to this that your BIOS does not have a sound card - this often happens in laptops (they have a greatly simplified BIOS Setup), but in desktops it should be, despite all sorts of Bios 5 .
