Separate sound settings in Windows 10, how to set it up?

In Ubuntu, there was such a "trick" as a separate volume setting for speakers and headphones, that is, I turned down the speakers, plugged in the headphones, and they "play" for the whole time, pulled out the speakers, again quietly :)
But for some reason in Windows 10 I don't have such an opportunity . Does everyone have it? Or is there some way to set it up?

Yes, given that I have a driver development date of 07/15/2016, 10 automatically pulled it up.
Apparently under Windows such functionality will not appear, but under Linux people do it for people :)
