I took the Lenovo G510 laptop from my hands, the headphones and speaker do not work there, I installed the latest firewood, completely demolished the system, this is not the reason. The bluetooth column at the same time outputs sound, Windows troubleshooting sees no problems, says that everything is fine. The indicator in the volume mixer jumps when video / audio is on, that is, in the system, the sound seems to be working normally, but it does not reach the speakers with headphones. What could be the reason?

Потому что в разъеме наушников стоит физический контакт, который после вставки туда штекера отключает колонки.

Вы сами выяснили что проблема "аппаратная", следовательно требуется вскрытие.
Проблема может быть как в разъёме, так и в чипе.
