Computer networks - where to improve skills and get a certificate?

Good afternoon!
I plan to go outside my homeland, and for this I need to significantly improve my knowledge in the field of building computer networks and SCS. There is experience in building networks in public institutions, but I want to move on. That is, there is minimal knowledge. I didn’t read books on networks, everything was scooped from articles on the Internet and practice already at the sites. Now I decided to pull up the theory, for subsequent certification (Cisco, etc.).
I would like you to share your experience of passing and get up-to-date information about the literature and the certification process.
Here actually and questions:
1. Where to start?
2. How to build training?
3. How long does it take to prepare for certification?
4. Which certifications to choose?
PS Perhaps there will be access to Cisco equipment for practice.

@gadzhi15

1. Start by learning about routing and switching as the foundation of everything.
2. Read a book, perform labs (on GNS3 or on real hardware). Clarify unclear points with colleagues. Continue iteratively until enlightenment. You pass the exam.
3. Difficult to predict. It is better not to rush, spend a few months on CCNA if you are a beginner networker.
4. If you do not have any certificates, then you should start with Cisco CCNA. Juniper also has an interesting line (starts with JNCIA-Junos), and exams are cheaper.
From books I recommend Routing TCP / IP , the first few chapters. At the rate of CCNA, they say, good books by Odom.

This is how I studied www.avalon.ru/CNA/DLProcess
semester = 12 weeks www.avalon.ru/CNA/Courses
time, respectively, 1 week = 1 chapter, when working with an average load, this time is enough. When working on which you do not sit at cisco and a high load, there will not be enough time if you do the full volume of the course at all.
To start over at the rate, so there is a book in Russian, somewhat old but detailed
, "Cisco Network Academy Program CCNA 1, 2, 3 and 4. Auxiliary Guide".
this is more than enough.
4. It is better to rent in parts so that the money does not disappear. start with CCENT, then it will be clear to you after you pass.

@beduin01

Only www.atraining.ru Look at
the recordings from torrents for seed. You won't find a better networking training center.
