Free certification which are worth passing?

Found a resource with a bunch of free certificates.
Google Top Free It certifications / it certification etc.
devs:

1. There were questions, is it worth spending time on it?
   
2. Why?
   
3. Will the client watch?
   
4. What do you think are really important certifications?
   
5. Which certification centers are really valuable?
   
6. What certificates are the most valuable, in comparison now and in 5 years?
   

clients:

1. Questions to those who conduct interviews, HR, the owner of the company, are you looking at certificates?

Above, I gave really worthwhile certificates, in fact there are a little more of them. All the rest are not even worth the paper on which they are printed. Don't waste your time on them.
