Who knows dreamspark still provides free certification exams to students?

I signed up at dreamspark.com
Google how to get the key, all entries are subsidized in 2009, 2011.
Since 2015, Microsoft has changed the partner that registers the exams,
now the pages on the links in the old news are useless.

And at the expense of exams, are there difficult questions? I want to take a C# developer.
In any case, you still have to pay. I don’t want to throw money away, are
the exams difficult there? Do you have to cramming everything from the pages for preparation,
or is general knowledge of C # and initial programming experience enough?
One of two things: or is it stupidly knocking money out of naive
office workers, or a really serious test of
professional knowledge? So far I can't figure it out.
But I want a certificate anyway! )))

Here's what dreamspark support said:

Current offers for certification exams can be
found at: https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/default.aspx
For example, one of the current offers is a free second
attempt to take the MCP exam as part of the Second Shot promotion. For more
information, please visit https://www.microsoft.com/learning/en-us/second-sh...

This is apparently a veiled "NO!"
And at the expense of the second: on this site they advise you to get acquainted with the exams - dumps.
Don't go, I'll get ready.
