Where can I find (how to make) an analogue of Clickonce with a choice of installation location?

Clickonce is completely satisfied, except that it cannot be installed along the selected path (only in the user profile). I really need the butt to be installed on a usb-flash-drive, from there it works and is updated.
How to do this?
