Computer and 1C does not see Viki Print 57F?

Hello! ran into a problem that the computer stopped seeing the dream cash register wiki print 57F. The accountant said that this happened after the 1C platform was updated. But the dream cash desk update manager also does not see the cash register. I installed 64bit drivers, since the system and 1s are 64bit versions. Did not help. I tried to remove the drivers and reinstall, it did not help (although I could not completely remove it). The comproxy service is running. The service proprietary utility at startup gives the error "Error opening com-port. COM10". In 1C, the checkout does not pass the test, this was to be expected, respectively, and the shift does not open and gives the message "An error occurred when connecting equipment: Failed to connect the device" 'Drimkas: driver for 1C with OFD and EGAIS' on IskanR (GlBuhPC)": CCP is not responding or unavailable (999)." Check the settings - probably stuck in another USB connector and the com port number has changed. In general, open the settings and change to the one that is determined when the device is connected - wherever you need it. It's easier to call a specialist than to explain here what and where to change.
