Why couldn't the table be locked?

Hello!
Platform 8.3, file base Rental and property management 3.0 modified on a terminal server, size 1cd = 2.4GB. The base can work from 3 to 8 people.
Out of the blue, this appeared:
- the registration log died (an unrecoverable error in the log database). Restored from a backup, the next day fell off again.
- when running different documents, the database hangs stupidly, only process completion helps, or...
- when running different documents, "Failed to lock the _DOCUMENTS table ...", and there may be no one in the database, only 1 user.
Iron is in order, the problems did not start after the modifications.
How to deal with this?

Since you have a file base, have you already tried feeding the *.1cd file to the chdbfl.exe utility?
Have you tried running tools for testing/correcting database structures from under the configurator?

Yes, testing was conducted both internally and externally. Uploading/downloading the archive through the configurator-administration-... did not help.
