How to set up work with subcontractors in Alfa-Auto?

Good day.
The problem is the following, in the company where I work, a task was set not according to my profile, but it needs to be done.
It is necessary to move from Auto Service 1.6 to the development from Rarus - Alfa Auto 5.1.16, and I am new to 1s.
I ask you to prompt 2 questions:
1. On setting up work with subcontractors.
The requirement is that the company has 3 warehouses, 1 main for car repairs, the second for a subcontractor who will repair cars at other standard hours with prices for this warehouse and a 3rd warehouse for an auto parts store.
It is not a problem to create warehouses, the question is what needs to be created for a subcontractor so that the reports show that the income from the work of this contractor (subcontractor) is such and such, and for a specific job the customer did not see how much the repair was completed by the subcontractor and saw the cost of only the main standard hour for the company.
How can this be configured and what report can be used to check the revenue.
2. The question is banal, but for a beginner in this matter it is very important and relevant. What are the main points in the work of warehouse accounting. What documents and reports to get acquainted with in the first place in order to confidently understand how to properly record in the database. And according to what documents should the goods go from receipt to sale. And by what reports can you see it all.
I would be grateful for your help and advice!

item 1 is not solved by one warehouse. Most likely it will be tedious to start either an Activity Type or a Nomenclature Group or a Division or something else. Here on this analytics you will reflect the revenue and the amount of work performed. Warehouse is only to reflect the storage of goods and materials.
More specifically, you need to see the configuration itself, what logic is embedded in it.
Clause 2 to begin with, I recommend that you read the user manual. The minimum amount of configuration information can be obtained. Well, then an industry forum, or a specialist does just that.
The configuration is not mass, knowledge on it is very superficial.
