Port issue on terminal server
Hello.
There is such a configuration:
- a server with windows 2003 with a terminal server + a barcode reader connected to the com port. The server itself also serves as an administrator's workplace;
- 1C version 7.7;
— 1 thin client in the local network with the same barcode reader connected via usb-2-com + fiscal registrar;
— 1 similar thin client working via the Internet.
The bottom line is that there are problems when working with 1c. Those. for example, everything works fine, until the administrator enters 1c (the human administrator works in 1c under admin rights). As soon as it enters, 1s freezes on one of the thin clients. Either it does not freeze, but any equipment refuses to work, moreover, at different points they are repaid alternately. It helps only closing the hung 1s and reconnecting, which is not very convenient.
How can I fix or get around this situation?

Here I also urge you to understand. From what I know, I can assume that all your trading equipment that you connect to the terminal server for 1Ski looks like hardware connected to a single computer, namely the terminal server. Each user from the cash register manager group or something like that, in general, who is allowed to work with TO, interrogates this TO when logging in, somewhere there is a problem.
1. 1C file or SQL?
2. Is your network working properly?
3. Does the 1C program display errors or messages before freezing?
4. In system events on the terminal server, are there events generated by a hung 1C?
The situation is incomprehensible, I would recommend that you seek help from a 1C 7.7 developer, I would ask you to carefully look and tell you what exactly happens when the Administrator logs into the system, maybe there is something related to trading equipment and occupies or tries to occupy some components necessary for the operation of the rest of the trading equipment.
If the Administrator does not use retail equipment in his work, then you can ask the developer to disable the processing of retail equipment when logging in to a specific administrator account.
I think that your problem is inside 1C, it does not look like problems with the OS.
Try to build the question not on the basis of the accusation, but on the basis of proceedings in order to solve the problem. It is better to build good and constructive relations with the developers, so it will be better for business.
who prevents the 1s-admin from working under a normal user and under the admin only if necessary?
