Good day everyone.
I want to buy RAM. Now I have 8 GB (2 * 4GB) in dual channel mode. with timings 9-9-9-24., speed 1600 and bandwidth 12800.
I wanted to buy 2 strips of 8GB each. And install in two free slots, will the dual-channel mode remain when they are installed? But there the bandwidth is lower - 10600, the speed is 1333 and the timing is 9-9-9-32.
Is it compatible? Will the system run at the slowest memory access rate? Or each channel at its own speed? Such a difference in timings will not greatly affect?
