How to arrange voice communication over the network?

So. On 2 devices, I have the opportunity to raise an ssh tunnel to one vps server. I want to find some solution for organizing voice communication between these 2 devices.
How can I set up voice communication? I'm looking for a solution that can be given with one command like call -start. Is there something that I need?
