CMS on JavaScript Node Vue MongoDB how do you like this technology?

Recently I came across a new CMS https://factor.dev/ which is built on one JS, do you think this is a new generation development, is it worth developing a project from scratch using new technologies? are the old ones still valid?

of these technologies - 100500 and another cart.
no need to ask opinions, you need to answer yourself: it suits me or not.
CMS is available in almost every language. even on exotic (for the web) like pluses.
but you need to take a sober look at things: why do I need it and what do I want from it.

I don't see technology here. I see only a listing of specific names of tools for creating applications in JS.
There is no novelty or anything else outstanding here.
DevMan very rightly noted:

users do not care about what technology it is on. either the functionality suits or not.
And the most convenient technology is php / mysql simply because CMS can be deployed on any shared hosting
