CMS for working with tabular data (like MS Access)?

Hello colleagues!
There is a project written many years ago on MS Access. Despite all the odiousness and obsolescence of this platform, it is possible to make a high-level data management system very quickly and conveniently.
Question - is there something similar on web technologies?
So that the level of abstraction allows you to manipulate the same entities that Access - tables, queries, forms and reports. Or something similar. It is clear that in almost any farmwork there is work with the database - take it and do whatever you want. But the problem is that there are a lot of tables and data, you need a higher level of abstraction, like in Access.

There is nothing similar to access. Access at one time was so popular precisely because it has forms and queries and a database and reports.
It will not be possible to automatically translate this into modern technologies; you will have to write forms and reports from scratch. The base will suit any SQL (mySQL/pgSQL/etc).
Database management - any manager, including phpmyadmin / phppgadmin or desktop options
But with forms and reports - they will have to be created, but you can look at ready-made engines. Unfortunately, they are not as visual as in access, so it will be necessary to have experience with the framework (for example, yii - reports and queries are created quickly and beautifully in it, but this requires a person with experience).

If you need a client for MySQL/Oracle/SQLite/MariaDB/PortgreSQL then I recommend Navicat
