Can you recommend a CMS for a corporate portal for dealers?

I want to make a website for dealers on a subdomain.
What is needed:

  • Getting access to the site only after authorization
  • Different access levels: for example, for admin, for content manager and read-only. Therefore, I'm not sure that Wiki engines will do.
  • The content will be simple: text information and files for download.

Ideally :
It is advisable to track the activity of dealers on the site, let's say we go to the dealer's profile and see the history of his activity - which sections he walked, what he downloaded, from which IP addresses he came. Ideally, indicate his city for the dealer, and if he enters the site from another city, this would be determined by IP. This is necessary to track the leakage of passwords or dealers who leak information to competitors. I do not exclude that there is no such thing anywhere and it will be a paid module.

You can take Drupal 7 from the CMS. There, access levels can be flexibly configured, and there are no problems with different types of content. What you need is "out of the box" :) But with IP, you most likely will not find it ready. Although in Drupal this can also be solved in a couple of hooks.

See how the new UAZ network is made. Implemented on MODX. But there is a slightly different scheme, each dealer has its own site with limited access, updated centrally via cron.
