CMS with a simple templating engine

The question is that I need a CMS on which there will be such modules as:
1) Search the site
2) News (Posts)
3) Static pages
4) The ability to leave comments
5) Open Source
Advise a good one that is not complex in structure and weight CMS that has a SIMPLE templating engine. So that I can simply make a template for it from an HTML template.
My thoughts:

there is still santafox.ru, there is nothing superfluous at all, you can pull up the html template in general for half an hour and it fits in all respects
