How to restore a bitrix site by uploading it to the server?

According to this guide, I uploaded the archive with the site to the server's root folder, logically, the menu item "archive uploaded to the server's root folder" should appear, but it does not appear.

The file must be in the root folder of the site, and not in the root folder of the server.

If it does not appear, then the archive is not made by Bitrix.

Try putting it not in /root, but in the root folder of the web server. /www/, or /home/#USERNAME#/www/, something like that.

same problem.. installed VMware Workstation.. accordingly, there is no www folder... only root (root) and bitrix-env (in root folder)...
how did you solve the problem?

maybe someone will be relevant, the item will be available after copying the archive on bitrixvm to /home/bitrix/www
