What is the engine for the "help" service?

Good afternoon.
Recommend an engine for building a help service for social network users, following the example:
https://new.vk.com/dev
https://ru-ru.facebook.com/help/
https://ok.ru/help
https:/ /www.linkedin.com/help/linkedin?lang=ru
https://help.pinterest.com/ru
https://www.tumblr.com/help
https://help.instagram.com/
www.meetup. com/help
Or maybe it's easier to do it for example on wordpress...
We need the simplest functionality, it seems to me that even wp is a bit too much... and a little bit wrong.
Thanks in advance for the answers ))

If you need something quite rough - look towards static site generators (such as jekyll), connect site search from Yandex or Google CSE to it, and you're done.
A more elegant solution would be a CMS like MediaWiki or Anchor CMS. They are light, there is nothing superfluous in them, but they will still be comfortable.
There is a third option (the easiest). If your help section has, say, less than or about 30 pages, you can do it easier: put everything on one page and separate it with a jQuery tab plugin, plus -- there are a couple of good jQuery plugins for searching the current page.

Yes, do it on WP and don't worry. Out of the box tags, search, rubricator, menu. What else does? It seems that there is versioning of the pages, but I did not pay much attention to this.
