As my experience shows, ready-made cms are not suitable for wholesale, you have to finish too much, and as a result it turns out to be faster to make cms yourself on some frameowrk like yii or laravel. Well, when new Wishlist appear, it will be easier to implement without mocking the engine.
But you need to watch the full TK. What you described can be done on any engine by finishing it a little or by making a separate basket module. But will customers be limited to this? I would immediately take from them a list of Wishlist for the future and then decide what to do.

Look in the direction of this CMS for a wholesaler, manufacturer. If you have questions, especially wishes, maybe the task is still relevant. You can also take into account your tasks in the release, if they are universal for wholesale.
