Cloud storage without using your drive?

Can you please tell me if there is a cloud storage without using your drive?
The problem is the following, the SSD is only 128 GB in the laptop and I would not want to clog the memory with a collection of music, but I need support for my own applications to play it. For example, you need to play music directly from the cloud via AIMP, without downloading it to your computer. Clients like Dropbox, as far as I know, download all the data to the hard drive at startup. Are there technologies or services that allow you to communicate with files directly from the cloud, in the same way as if they were already on your hard drive? Thanks in advance.

And if you connect an FTP drive? Google for software.
I think that, unlike WebDAV, it should not be cached
