What data management software is available?

You need software, preferably free, that allows you to scan the file system at intervals according to certain parameters and words (as a search engine), for example:
- all avi are more than 3 gigabytes
- all files with the name "gray" and a size of more than 3 gigabytes

- All video files over 1 GB
If found, such files should be deleted.

In any case, at the next stage, when you also want to somehow control the content. And you will want when the same files will be just a multi-volume archive, despite your tricks.
