How is music stored in apps?

If you take the most popular apps like SoundCloud or Spotify for example, they definitely have about a million tracks, (I don’t know for sure, I didn’t count) plus new tracks are added every day. It is interesting to know how and where to store such data? Probably you need to compress the data, please explain who knows how they store music.

@GavriKos

Let's say each track is 10 megabytes.
One million tracks - 10 million megabytes. Or 9765 gigabytes. Or 9.5 terabytes. This can be stored on 1-2 HDDs in fact)
Naturally, everything is more complicated and the calculations are as approximate as possible - but there should definitely not be problems in the amount of storage.

In data centers, in disk shelves ... something like that ... just a lot of storage servers
, plus a non-typical database for them)
