Clipboard manager like in linux for windows

it so happened that I had to use windows after 7 years of linux on the desktop, I'm not aware of many changes and really useful utilities. A cursory google search did not bring up the desired result.

Is there a clipboard manager that replicates the functionality of klipper in gnu/linux?
For me, the presence of such a feature is critical: the “selection” buffer, for copying into which it is enough just to select the desired part of the text, and for pasting it is enough to press the middle mouse button.
habit is a terrible force.

The middle mouse button is usually navigation. I paste from the clipboard hangs on an additional mouse button on the side, it is also convenient when the driver is assigned.
