1. Go to the folder openServer ► domains ► create a folder (name of your domain, for example: mysite.loc) ► Restart OpenServer
2. In the address bar , type htр://mysite.loc

The problem is in the host file, Open Server does not have permission to edit the host file, and by default there is only localhost. Just set the rights and that's it.
