Is there a number recognizer with a photo (console)?

Good evening.
To recognize QR codes, there is a wonderful, open, cross-platform, console program zbar.
You write zbarimage.exe -q 1.jpg in the console and in the output you get the contents of all found and recognized QR codes.
I need exactly the same, only for recognizing numbers in the photo .
Perhaps someone came across a similar program for recognizing numbers (most likely based on OpenCV)?
