OS Symbian sources?

Greetings!

A little confused with the current state and availability of sources in the public domain of the Symbian S system ... for the latest smartphones.

I am aware that the Symbian foundation has ended, I would like to know what is available from the source of the system from someone or somewhere?

And then I just see that there are custom firmware on Belle, I wonder what they are made on.

Custom firmware is made by simply editing configs, adding pictures and redrawing system graphics. Some system modifications were indeed obtained from the Symbian^3 source code, but later versions of the OS were not and will not be available in the form of source codes.
