Clients from the site call, but do not reach the service?

I tried to open a workshop for the repair of mobile and not very mobile equipment. I made a group in VK, advertised in city publics. Questions rained down on the wall and in a personal about the repairs of their devices, there were also calls to the phone. The effect was. But the problem is that they all wanted to know how much it would cost to make their phone or tablet. I wrote the price lower than in the city or just like everyone else. But from all these messages and calls, a few people actually came. Somewhere around 20 requests and only one of them became a client. And it took a lot of time to communicate with customers.
The result is sad, like there is demand, but there is no sense. How to increase conversion? Who had similar problems?

2 You have statistics according to your RK from public? Don't waste time (which you complain about) and money on something that doesn't work
3 5% conversion rate is pretty good, I would even say excellent. But you need to build up an audience, according to statistics of 20 people, you can’t do an analysis. Through promotions, discounts, loyalty programs (conditionally - "bring a friend - get a free repair", diagnostics are done everywhere for free) Here is word of mouth - the best advertiser, it is highly convertible and least expensive

Сделайте плюшку "диагностика бесплатно", и маленькими буквами "при заказе ремонта у нас".

В принципе это нормально.
Я когда ремонтировал планшет выбрал десяток фирм, обзвонил, выяснил условия, после чего выбрал.
По аналогии с магазином - если покупатель пришел в ваш магазин, если он спросил о характеристиках товара, если он даже примерил товар - это еще не значит что он купит.
Он выбирает.

Потому что это не клиенты, а халявщики. Сам с этим сталкивался в другой сфере. Возможно, нужно более грамотно настроить объявления, чтобы поток был чище. Предупреждать, что консультации не даете. Говорить только по делу.

если правильно считать -это 5% конверсии!
А что у вас там организовано не правильно на лицо видно, с этого надо и начать. Советов пару зачетных ранее ответили, пару найдете в инете, пару исходя из опыта накопите.
Я б со-своей стороны
1. бездельников из окружающих знакомых нашел и попросил бы их за часть выручки, а именно не менее 10% агентского вознаграждения благодарить (официально или ... как договоритесь), занятся работой SMM + менеджером по продаже услуг
2. может еще подумал бы о соц. программе акций
3. и прочеее
