Hello, I am writing scripts for a client, tell me, do I need to give him links to the licenses of my code?
Or do they ask themselves? And is it really necessary to do this? He just uses them for commercial purposes.

If you provide services, then your contract should state on what conditions you transfer your work to the client. These terms are your license.
If they are not, then it is worth adding so that there are no questions.
