Clicks in the headphones, what to do?

Recently I noticed that when raising / lowering the volume through the adjustment of Windows (I will attach a photo), namely at the moment when the sound is played (I think everyone heard it), so to the point, if at the moment this sound is played, the slider will be pulled a lot of clicks, this problem is also observed and in the mixer. Even sometimes, when you turn on the video on YouTube, there may be a click at the beginning, which is much louder than those in the mixer. 615755dc9cc2a656552625.png
slider photo.
What I did to try and fix the problem: I
reinstalled the realtek drivers.
Switched the headphones to the front panel.
Checked on other headphones. (There were also clicks)
Checked on other computers (They also had clicks, but not so loud).
Changed the sample rate.

I also wanted to note that I have built-in speakers in my monitor and I couldn’t catch clicks on them no matter how much I pulled the slider. And all my headphones in the house cost no more than 2500 rubles, maybe this is the problem?

Previously, sound cards had separate line outputs for passive speakers. Now there is only one output and it is determined by the internal resistance whether it is necessary to connect a power amplifier or not. This reconnection is audible. That is, the matter is in the most simplified sound chip.
The monitor is the active speakers.
