What programs translate text to speech?

I need a program that translates text into speech (like Govorilka), I need it to speak Russian and beautifully, for example, for audio advertising.

Yandex Alice for example
In the browser from Yandex, open the text. Select it and right-click on it and select Speak.

In Word, add the Speak command at the top (shortcut commands), select the text and press Speak. (I didn't like the tone though)
