Recording with different microphones on a PC gives poor sound.

90% depends on the microphone.
For handmade capsule microphones for 50,000 rubles. there is no need to chase, any normal one (with a thick wire, with a foam rubber patch) is enough up to 700-1000 rubles.
Just in case, you can also buy a USB sound card for 100-200 rubles to discard the option with a bad built-in one, but I'm sure that replacing the microphone is enough.
