No way. On iPhones, you can’t play 2 audio tracks at the same time.
You can stir up the broadcast on YouTube, or set up an smb / dlna server on a PC, record sound to a local disk and already listen / watch dlna in real time with a slight delay
In short obs> 2 tracks> YouTube is the most adequate solution
You can also dig in the direction of “how to raise a radio server” purely for local and listen to some kind of program
I would also recommend H.264 encoder (hardware) and open the stream on an iPhone through VLC player. So you have not only an audio webinar but also a video.
