Cisco Working at StackWise What features do switches with a LAN Base license have?

Good afternoon, I ordered two Cisco WS-C3650-24TS-S switches with a LAN Base license.
I plan to combine them into a stack.
And then I accidentally found on the cisco website
The following are restrictions for your switch stack configuration:
Switch stacks running the LAN Base license level do not support Layer 3 features.
Knowledgeable people please explain, ie. when I combine my two switches into a stack, I won't be able to make
routing between VLANs and prescribe a default route to the gateway?
In one device, this functionality is supported.

I read the datasheet for 3560 and did not find this entry
