CISCO Hardware Warranty?

The CISCO SFD100D-08P-EU 8-port PoE Desktop Switch broke down.
As far as I understand, CISCO equipment is covered by a warranty from 90 days to 5 years, depending on the type (class of equipment). The essence of the question is, what type of equipment does this device belong to and what is the warranty period for this type of equipment? Contacting the supplier is not an option, since you can no longer find the ends from whom it was purchased. If there are repair service centers in Russia, please tell me the coordinates.
