Cisco 2100. When enabled, mac filtering does not connect to the network. What to do?

The Cisco 2100 Wi-Fi controller that was configured and worked flawlessly for many years stopped processing Mac Filtering - with the settings below, the devices do not connect to the Wi-Fi network, although they see it. (windows failed to connect to the network, it also does not connect from phones) 9d6f987e32da4863b47bbb4bf40605c7.png9d8c947898a5491d8229504c03a5f504.pngbf367d6b67654ea296db83dda00a0401.pngf3f7407285034cb3b8142f735fbc4761.pnged2ff323f6af44f687dfe14cdb84a628.pngd8556b72277a443f8df9ee1c279b62da.png
At the same time, if you enable Mac Filtering in Layer 3 Web Policy because it does not work, it connects to the network, but it does not pass filtering by poppy, throws it on the authorization portal.
Moreover, if you turn off all security and make the network open without filtering and passwords, it works normally and distributes the network.
PS Poppies are tied, everything worked until yesterday.
Thanks in advance.
