How to organize a Wi-Fi connection at 250 m in line of sight?

The apartment building has wired internet. At a distance of 250-300 m from this house, in direct line of sight, there is a private house where I would like to "spread" the connection. We do not discuss the legal side of the issue, only the technical one. Wired options are not possible - there is a road and a stream between the houses.
Is there an option to organize a relatively cheap (albeit not very fast) wireless channel (WiFi or something else).
What set of equipment will be needed.
Ideally, the connection should be used from several machines both in an apartment and in a private house.

My vision of implementation without damaging the connection in the apartment:
1) Directional antenna (Maybe two, you can assemble it yourself )
2) 2 routers (both + to the existing one)
The 1st will be plugged into the home router with a cord and broadcast with a directional antenna to the House, The 2nd will stand in the House (probably also with a directional one) and work as a repeater.
There are nuances, but it will work.

At one time, this was implemented on 2 access points in bridge mode, with directional antennas of our own production (schemes are available on the Internet), the distance was about 2 km, line of sight helped out, so in your case there should not be any problems, the ping was stable about 8-10 ms, but it was a long time ago (7-8 years ago), now I think technology has stepped far ahead. In our swamp, an up costs about $22-25.
PS: the above antenna was tried and thrown out as not suitable (the connection was worse than with native tails), look for a reflective grille and a copper tip (hub?). Perhaps you have enough advice on signal amplification as described here .

By the way, why is the wire not being discussed? Like the road and the stream is very irresistible? We threw a cable through the avenue (3 lanes in both directions) in 3 snouts. The technology is this - ropes of sufficient length are descended from the connection points (1 piece from a high-rise building is enough for you, I think), a 0.5-liter bottle of water is taken, a little water there for weight, tied to the end of the rope, descends, and people walk with it all the laying route, throwing it over wires, trees and streams (ideally at night, an hour at 3), the rope is pulled, after which a working cable with a pre-wound cable is knitted from the descent point (we fastened the cable to the cable with plastic ties and aluminum wire in insulation - alternated the screed / wire) and descends - on the other hand, people accept - pulls. It is desirable that there are 2-3 people from the ends, moreover, at the end, the cable with the cable pulls down rather strongly - it is advisable to insure each other. Connect the cable 2 pairs per contact, there is a diagram on the internet, we set the port speed to 10 Mb / s and profit). Minus - only 10 Mbps.

Directional antennas are needed (for example, on YouTube I saw how to make satellite dishes), if their power is not enough, you can install repeaters
