How to get internet via LAN from another router and distribute WIFI?

tp link is connected to the Internet, distributes the Internet via wifi and lan in a PC
the task is this, I need to connect the tp link and microtik with a cable as if mikrotik connected to the Internet, that is, it had a separate subnet, separate wifi points,
why such a task?
a hotspot is configured on tp-link via chilli
on Mikrotik too, only through my hotspot software
I need to test the hotspot service for both chilli and Mikrotik,
what settings on Mikrotik do I need to do for this?
I thought it would work simply if you put the cable from the TP link into the wan port of the Mikrotik where dhcp is configured, but it didn’t work out ..

As was answered above on microte, get everything via dhcp but turn off the firewall and nat, for hotspots and wifi, combine authorization through radius.
