On PC1 (laptop), open the Internet connection properties (Start -> Settings -> Network Connections -> right-click on the connection shortcut (Wi-Fi) and select "Properties"), in the window that opens, select the "Advanced" tab and check the checkbox "Allow other users to use the connection." On the local network IP, 192.168.0.1 should become automatic. On PC2, in the network properties, set the IP 192.168.0.2 gateway 192.168.0.1
