What application for android to control cars on RC at a frequency of 2.4?

Hello. I work in a toy store, they are all Chinese, radio-controlled cars are all at a frequency of 2.4gghz.
Often the remotes do not work, which is included, but the machine needs to be checked for operability.
What universal application for Android would you recommend so that you can control the machine from your phone? I put a few pieces on smart - they do not work.

the machine is not controlled by wifi 2.4 GHz which is in the android phone.
in the machine is a completely different protocol.
and the frequency - yes, it matches :) it coincides with the bluetooth and with Zigby and several other radio communication systems because 2.4 GHz is one of the free wave bands .

I do not think that there are such applications, there is little frequency coincidence. There are many more protocols out there. Some Hot Wheels toys support wifi control, they have their own application.
