Chrome "Login information is out of date" after every reboot?

Good afternoon.
After every reboot, chrome says: "Login information is out of date". Plus, it resets all cookies and I have to re-login to all sites.
It happened the other day, after updating apt-get update, apt-get upgrade. System: ubuntu 16.04.
Maybe someone has come across something similar?

The problem is most likely in the keyrings (gnome-keyring/KWallet). Try to run with the key

--password-store=basic
