How to make Chrome display websites correctly?

There was a problem today.
Chrome stopped displaying sites correctly, namely images. Some he cuts off as if he cannot process, others he shows in the form of "noise", as if you are watching a TV channel with strong interference.
At the same time, the structure of the site collapses. All content becomes left-aligned, the markup falls off.

And the whole paradox is that if I open a new window in incognito mode, all sites are shown properly.
Disabling all extensions did not help.
Resetting the settings to default did not help.
Please help me find the source of the problem.
