How to play audio on chromecast from ubuntu command line?

The essence of the question is in the title. I know that the Videostream plugin for Chrome plays local audio. But the problem is that I want to make something like an alarm clock. cron will run a command every day that will send the audio to the chromecast for playback. And I don't know how to do it. I only know how to click the mouse in the chrome browser.
