How to change /home mount point in Xubuntu/Ubuntu 16.04?

Perhaps the question was asked incorrectly, but in general the essence is this - on one hard disk there are several partitions with two operating systems. Xubuntu and Win10. Laptop old on board bios. So the boot sectors are most likely in mbr (I'm not really sure, but apparently there is a logical partition). 2 Ntfs partitions (one with Windows and one common for both OSes) and 1 in ext4 for Linux.
I want to tie the hamster into the general section so that everything is Feng Shui, the folders of the hamster with porn and protchim are shared (well, they are available) for both operating systems.
How to do it most quickly and painlessly?
