Good afternoon, there is a touch kiosk, ubuntu running chrome in kiosk mode displays the necessary information, if the server is not available from where the information is taken, chrome shows a white screen and a connection error.
How can I make it show a screensaver when a problem occurs?

Load the local page with the iframe, if the iframe didn't load, show the splash screen and try again later.
