Chrome extension that deletes everything except text, pictures, videos before loading the site. Does such a thing exist?

There are extensions that, after loading the page, make it easy to read.
Example:
Clearly: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/clearly/...
iReader: https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/ireader/...
EasyReader: https:// chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/easyread...
Is there an extension or scripts or something to do this before the page is loaded? So that all this extra tinsel is not loaded at all, huh? For example, as in mobile Opera Mini, only for desktop Google Chrome.
Another example, as in the Readability service: https://www.readability.com/ But there, again, you need to download each page, send it for reading, and only then read the cleaned articles.

In order for a response to be returned to the web server on request, different from that generated by the server, an intermediate link is needed (in the same opera mini, the content is changed on their servers and only then transferred to the user in the browser). With scripts on the chrome side, you can clean up the answer that has already arrived.
As an option, I think you can make some kind of proxy server that will deal with such cleaning of http content.
