No. As well as there are no clear standards for ui / ux concepts. Everyone understands in his own way, describes in his own way, etc. This is the most unstandardized and bleak theme in it.
Probably because such a division is convenient for marketers, and programmers don't give a fuck.
Yes, it helps large companies a lot to fill the staff and cut the dough, but in fact it greatly interferes with real development. Since any additional USER in the team greatly slows down the process. And UX usually gets people who understand only how the abbreviation stands for.
So I haven't seen any good books. Just marketing bullshit. Which, unfortunately, are very disconnected from the real web.

A good UI is done as follows:
1. Wherever possible, a bunch of counters are put in, metrics are collected, reports are generated.
2. The UI is intuitively corrected, what has changed in the reports is compared.
3. Item 2 is repeated as long as there is a budget, or if there are changes not only in reports, but also in real profits, as long as it makes sense.
4. A cool article is being written on Habr, "how we increased sales / improved business through a well-thought-out interface"
